Bank details are confirmed only on the pro forma invoice. If you ever receive an email changing our account details, verify it by phone or a second channel before paying.

Reply with options
Factory options, indicative price band, MOQ and lead time. If something in your specification will not work, we say so here rather than later.
Sampling
Sample built to your specification and artwork, typically 7–12 days. Photos first, then courier.
Approval
Sample signed off and retained as the reference standard. Deposit and production slot confirmed.
Build and inspection
Weekly progress updates, then pre-shipment inspection with photographs before balance payment.
Write to us directly
If your enquiry includes drawings or artwork files, email is simpler than the form. Attach what you have and tell us quantity and destination.
Samples
Charged and normally credited against your first bulk order. Courier at cost.
Payment
30% deposit, 70% against bill of lading copy for new relationships.
Trade terms
FOB Ningbo default; EXW and CIF quoted on request.
Confidentiality
NDA signed before we receive drawings or artwork.
One person owns your order — start to finish
You are not handed to an account manager after the first email. The person who reads your enquiry is the person who chases the factory, checks the sample and signs off the inspection report.

An itemised quotation — unit price, MOQ, tooling, sampling, packing and lead time — not a single number.
Then, if it fits
A sample in 7–10 days, built to the specification you approved. Nothing goes to bulk before that.

Where goods are placed on the EU market, an economic operator established in the EU must be identifiable, and product identification plus manufacturer contact details must appear on the product, its packaging or an accompanying document. We supply that information with each shipment; if you import into the EU yourself, tell us which entity should be named.
