Request a sample before you commit to bulk
Every custom programme we run starts the same way: you approve a real sample, then we build to it. No bulk order is confirmed against a drawing alone.
From your file to a sample in your hand
| Stage | What happens | Typical time |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Specification | You send a drawing, a reference photo, or a written spec. We confirm what is feasible and flag anything that will cost more than it should. | Same day |
| 2. Quotation | Itemised: unit price, MOQ, tooling, sampling, packing and lead time. | 1 business day |
| 3. Sample build | We build to your specification, in the real fabric and frame. | 7–10 days |
| 4. Your approval | You check fabric, frame, print, finish and function. Revisions are quoted before they are made. | Your call |
| 5. Bulk | Production starts against the approved sample, with inspection before shipment. | 25–35 days |
New frame development or custom-dyed fabric adds to the sampling stage — we confirm the longer timeline before you commit.
What a sample costs
The sample charge is credited against your first bulk order. Air freight for the sample is charged at cost, or you can have it sent with a consolidator you already use.
Standard build
An existing frame with your fabric, colour and print. Credited in full against the bulk order.
New frame or custom dye
Quoted separately and always shown before we start. Part of the cost is usually creditable.
If you do not proceed
The sample is yours to keep. There is no obligation and nothing further is invoiced.
Tell us what to sample
A drawing, a photo or a written specification is enough. If you only know the size and the quantity, start there — we will ask the rest.
