Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you send us through this website and during an enquiry. Short version: we use it to answer you and to run your order, and we do not sell it.
Last updated: to be confirmed on publication.
Replace the placeholders below with your registered legal entity name, registered address and contact email. If you sell to or correspond with buyers in the EU or UK, have this text reviewed against GDPR and UK GDPR requirements by a qualified adviser.

Information collected automatically when you visit this website:
- Anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location, if analytics is enabled

2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations
- To produce samples and, where you place an order, to manufacture and ship goods
- To prepare export documents required for customs clearance
- To keep records required by accounting and tax law
- To improve this website, where analytics is enabled
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Who we share it with

- Manufacturing partners, to the extent needed to produce and pack your goods

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the commercial relationship. Records relating to completed orders are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law in the People's Republic of China, after which they are deleted where no longer required.
