Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of this website, and the basis on which quotations, samples and orders are handled.
Last updated: to be confirmed on publication.
Replace the placeholders with your registered legal entity name and jurisdiction. Have the order-related clauses reviewed together with your standard sales contract so that the two documents are consistent.
1. Use of this website
This website is provided for general information about our sourcing services. You may browse, print and download from it for your internal business use. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it, or use its content to build a competing listing, without written permission.
2. Product information
Specifications, dimensions, minimum quantities and lead times shown on this website are typical values for standard models in this manufacturing cluster. They are provided to help you specify what you want. They are not offers and they do not form part of any contract.
Photographs are illustrative. Where a product is shown before real photography is available, it is labelled as a placeholder.
3. Quotations
A quotation is an invitation to treat, not an offer. It becomes binding only when accepted in writing and confirmed by a pro forma invoice or order confirmation signed by both parties. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, after which they may be revised to reflect material and component costs.
4. Samples & tooling
- Samples are charged, and the sample cost is normally credited against the first bulk order unless stated otherwise
- Courier charges are billed at cost
- Tooling for custom components is quoted separately and is usually payable before tooling begins
- Tooling paid for by you remains yours and is not used for other customers
5. Orders & payment
Standard terms for new relationships are 30% deposit with the order and 70% balance against bill of lading copy. Samples are paid in full before production begins. Bank details are confirmed only on the pro forma invoice.
We will never change bank details by email alone. If you receive a message purporting to change our account details, verify it by phone or another channel before transferring funds.
6. Intellectual property
Your trademarks, artwork and designs remain yours. We do not acquire any licence to use them beyond what is needed to produce your order. We do not display your logo or products publicly without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Drawings, specifications, artwork and commercial terms you share with us are treated as confidential. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before receiving sensitive files if you ask. Information is shared with manufacturing partners only to the extent required to produce and ship your goods.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability relating to an order is governed by the terms of that order and by any inspection and claims procedure agreed in writing.
9. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, government action, port closure, or material shortage. We will notify you promptly and propose a revised schedule.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first, failing which they are submitted to the people's court having jurisdiction at the operator's place of business, unless the order confirmation agrees another forum.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version is published on this page with a revised date.
